Who we are

At The Long Run Equine, we give off-the-track Thoroughbreds a fresh start and a fitting future. By keeping our program small, we select each horse from the track, focusing on temperament, soundness, and potential for careers like trail riding, barrel racing, Western all-around, English sporting, or as a broodmare.

Every horse gets a hands-on evaluation, time to settle in on our 150-acre farm, and a thorough start to retraining. We strive for accurate representation, responsible placement, and giving each Thoroughbred the time they need to thrive beyond the finish line.
